What: Jeff “The Snowman” Monson will be on hand to speak to media about the Saturday, August 21st Pompano Beach MMA 12-bout fight card dubbed: "Fight Time 1". The Former UFC Heavyweight Contender and American Top Team fighter will be the main event in this South Florida match-up. Other fighters, who will be on the show from other local gyms, will also be available for interviews. Where: Bru’s Room Sports Grill, 235 S. Federal Hwy. Pompano Beach, FL 33062 When: 3pm this Friday July 30th, 2010 About Event: “Fight Time 1” is being promoted by Howard Davis Jr.’s Fight Time Promotions and Jeff Gibson’s Elite Promotions. The two companies recently joined forces to make MMA a permanent sport in the South Florida market. The MMA showcase will take place at Club Cinema in Pompano Beach, 3251 N. Federal Hwy. at 7pm. Monson was eager to be on the show when he found out that Davis, 1976 Boxing Olympic Gold Medalist, who also serves as Boxing Director of American Top Team, was putting on MMA fights in South Florida.
